How do I use the Herbal Cream?
Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin and massage it in with small circles until absorbed. Use it two to three times a day, for example morning, afternoon and before bed. Wash your hands afterwards.
What does it feel like?
Menthol gives a fresh, cool feel first; capsaicin follows with a gentle warmth. If the warmth feels too strong, use less and wash the area with soap and water.

Can I use it on my hands too?
